Since 1995, GFI Informatique has positioned itself as one of the leading IT service firms in France and Southern Europe. GFI Informatique is an international IT services group employing 10,000 people at the end of 2007. The Group recorded revenues of €688.5 million in 2007. GFI Informatique provides its customers with expertise in consulting, systems integration,  outsourcing and software solutions. GFI Informatique has developed 10 skills centers, 5 services centers in France and 3 off-shore centers  , which are key points in the industrialization process. The company covers all stages of the information system life cycle and caters mainly for large corporates, public bodies and local authorities. GFI Informatique has over 40 branches in France and 9 international agencies in Southern and Northern Europe, Morocco and Canada.

The Group is organised around four business lines:

Consulting: the essential mission of this activity is Project Management Assistance (PMA) with specialised consultants in business consulting, decision-making, performance management, CHRMSs (Computerised Human Resource Management Systems), Electronic Transactions and Payment Systems.

Systems integration: more than 3,000 people in France who make up the most important offering of the Group and represent the core of its business. The know-how of the Group in this field is manifold: e-business, decision-making, ERP implementation, Electronic Transactions and Payment Systems, specific developments, third-party Application Acceptance Testing.

Outsourcing: this business line permits customers to obtain greater value added at lower cost by means of an industrialisation of processes implemented in the national, regional and offshore service centres and based on numerous expertise centres. The two key focuses are management of infrastructure and production, and legacy application management (LAM).

Software solutions: GFI Informatique holds a leadership position in the local authorities market, with a range of software packages covering the majority of the management areas of authorities of all sizes. GFI Informatique is also a leader in the field of time management with its Chrono Gestor range of software packages. To round out these offerings, GFI Informatique supplies software in the fields of financial management of public establishments, transportation and
logistics, infrastructure and public capital.
