GFI Informatique strengthens its management team and
Executive Committee
Vincent Rouaix, Chairman and Chief Executive of Adelior and Actif, has been appointed Chief Operations Officer France for the GFI Informatique group. This appointment is part of the 2006-2008 three-year strategy plan and follows on from the integration of the Adelior and Actif groups.
As Chief Operations Officer for France, Vincent Rouaix will co-ordinate the Executive Committee and sit on the Strategy Committee. The Strategy Committee's role is to analyse the group's results, define its product and service offer, its investment strategy and its acquisition and partnership projects.
Executive Committee France
Xavier Leleu, General Manager for West France, and Patrick Bergougnou, head of the Telecom and Media division, have been appointed to the Executive Committee France.
Marketing and Partnership Department
Philippe Bernard, formerly head of Marketing and e-business at Adelior, has been appointed head of Marketing and Partnerships. He will be assisted by Christophe Chauvin, formerly technical director with Adelior.
In his capacity as head of Marketing and Partnerships, Philippe Bernard will be responsible for increasing the industrialisation of the group's strategic offer both in France and abroad. He will be responsible for developing marketing plans emphasising the group's strong points and differentiating features. Lastly, he will be responsible for relations and action plans with strategic partners.
Business Consulting Division
Pascale Gimet, formerly head of Management and Business Consulting with Adelior, has been appointed head of Business Consulting for GFI Consulting. With a team of 60 consultants, this division covers business and management consulting, assistance with project implementation, and information systems, security and project management. Pascale Gimet will use this extended service offer to strengthen the group's image as a partner that creates value for its customers.

Vincent Rouaix
46 years old, a graduate from the Ecole Supérieure des Travaux Publics, has spent his entire career with international service groups. In 1986, he joined Logispace, a company specialising in Consulting and Information Systems where he rapidly became General Manager before going on to become Chief Executive Officer. In 1999, Logispace joined Cognicase and he was appointed General Manager of Cognicase France. In 2001, he became Executive Vice-President and General Manager Europe for Cognicase. Vincent Rouaix went on to create and develop the Adelior group with backing from reputed investment funds.
Xavier Leleu
43 years old, a graduate from the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Lille, began his career with IBM, going on to become head of IBM Antilles/Guyane in 1994. From 1999 to 2000 he headed IBM Entreprises Centre-Ouest. At the end of 2001, he became General Manager for West France (Nantes, Rennes, Orléans and Bordeaux) with GFI Informatique and in 2005 his responsibilities were extended to include the Toulouse office.
Patrick Bergougnou
44 years old, an engineering graduate from the Institut National des Télécommunications and MBA International graduate from the Institut Supérieur de Gestion, began his career with Motorola and Tekelec before setting up and becoming Chairman of Telease Communications. In 1992, he became Deputy Chief Executive of Steria and, in 1996, President - Sales & Marketing with Thales Enterprise Networks, before going on to become Head of European Development with Sylis. In 2004, he was appointed General Manager of GFI Informatique's Telecom and Media division.
Philippe Bernard
44 years old, an ESLSCA Paris graduate, has held management posts in major groups such as Oracle, Accenture, Sybase France, and Computer Associates France. In 2000, he founded and became leading shareholder and Chairman of Spider Business, an IT services firm specialised in e-business solutions integration. In March 2005, he sold Spider Business to Adelior and became head of marketing and e-business at Adelior.
Pascale Gimet
45 years old, an engineering graduate from ENSI Marseille and management school, has worked as management and business consultant in the manufacturing and services sectors, notably with Ortec. In 2002, she became head of Business Consulting development at Cognicase. In 2004, she took over as head of Business Consulting for Adelior.
